Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
By using DomainReminder.net, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Reminder service, not a registrar
DomainReminder is an organizational and reminder service. It is not a domain registrar and does not control registration, renewal, transfer, ownership, DNS, or registry availability. You remain responsible for maintaining your domains with your registrar and for confirming renewal dates and payment status.
No guarantee of reminder delivery
We work to provide reliable reminder emails, but email delivery can be affected by mail providers, spam filtering, server outages, incorrect account information, scheduled-task failures, and other factors. Do not rely on DomainReminder as your only method of preventing domain expiration.
Registration and availability data
RDAP and domain-availability results are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or change quickly. Confirm availability, expiration, ownership, and purchase details directly with the applicable registrar before making decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit malicious content, or use automated activity in a way that harms the service or other users.
Paid services
Paid plans, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and applicable taxes are presented during checkout or account management. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and DomainReminder is not responsible for losses caused by missed renewals, inaccurate third-party registration data, registrar actions, or service interruptions.
